Basic Maxxon Green Mark
Maxxon® Gyp-Crete® Basic underlayment is a cost-effective solution for interior wood subfloors. It is fast-setting and provides compressive strengths up to 2,200 psi (15.2 MPa). Its crack-resistant surface provides a UL fire resistancerated underlayment. Maxxon Gyp-Crete Basic underlayment can be used in multifamily construction and accepts many floor-coverings. Basic is an Eco-Friendly Building Product, and is GREENGUARD Gold Certified

2000 Multifamily Maxxon Green Mark
Maxxon® Gyp-Crete® 2000 Multifamily underlayment is ideal for interior wood subfloors, enhancing fire safety and sound attenuation. Its crack-resistant surface provides a perfect base for practically all floor-coverings. This fast-setting underlayment offers high compressive strengths of 2,000 - 3,200 psi (13.8 - 22.1 MPa) and enhanced resistance to surface abrasion. Maxxon Gyp-Crete 2000 Multifamily underlayment can be used in multifamily and light commercial construction, as well as resurfacing or depth correction in renovation projects. Maxxon® Gyp-Crete® 2000 Multifamily, an Eco-Friendly building product, is GREENGUARD Gold Certified.

Gyp-Fix® EZ Patch
Maxxon® Commercial Gyp-Fix EZ® Patch is a non-shrinking, high-strength, trowelable patch designed for preparing all subfloors. Maxxon Commercial Gyp-Fix EZ Patch features a smooth consistency and finish that is flooring-ready in as little as 40 minutes. This patch bonds to common subfloors including concrete and gypsum, making it an effective solution anywhere a patch or skim coat is needed.

Radiant Maxxon Green Mark
Maxxon® Gyp-Crete® Radiant is a gypsum underlayment designed to pour over hydronic tubes or electric heating cables, which then acts as the thermal mass for radiant floor systems. Encasing the tubes or cables in crack-resistant, non-combustible gypsum, the special formula resists breakdown to 150 °F (66 °C). Poured at just 1¹⁄₄" (32 mm) thick, Maxxon Gyp-Crete Radiant stabilizes your heating system, creating a more comfortable home/environment. Therma-Floor, an Eco-Friendly building product, is GREENGUARD Gold Certified.

High Performance Maxxon Green Mark
Maxxon® Gyp-Crete® High Performance underlayment is a versatile product that can be used in multifamily, light commercial, and commercial construction. Its high compressive strength of 3,000 to 4,000 psi (20.7 – 27.6 MPa) surpasses commercial flooring requirements. Maxxon Gyp-Crete High Performance underlayment can also be used to cap uneven, rough, and spalled concrete subfloors.

Level-Crete Maxxon Green Mark
Maxxon® Commercial Pro Level-Crete™ underlayment is a cost-effective, high strength hydraulic cement underlayment used to cap rough, pitted, and out-of-level concrete. It can also be used as a high strength underlayment in steel deck and wood frame applications. Maxxon Commercial Pro Level-Crete provides a compressive strength range of 4,000 – 5,000 psi (27.6 – 34.5 MPa).

Level-Right® Maxxon Green Mark
A specially formulated, high-strength, cementitious underlayment that can handle any floor leveling challenge - without shotblasting or scarifying. With compressive strengths up to 5,500 psi (38 MPa), it is the perfect solution for problem floors in large projects or for small repair jobs. Level-Right, an Eco-Friendly building product, is GREENGUARD Gold Certified.

Level-Right® LDF Maxxon Green Mark
Level-Right® LDF is a revolutionary, lightweight product made from Portland cement and a proprietary expanded polystyrene foam aggregate. The aerated foam aggregate gives the cement a range of unique properties, making it perfect for deep fill applications. Level-Right LDF is ready–mixed cement designed to be capped with a Maxxon Underlayment. Level-Right LDF is mixed and pumped on-site with Maxxon Underlayment pumps making installation quick and easy.

Level EZ
Level EZ is a pre-sanded solution for commercial leveling projects. Requiring no mechanical prep for most applications, Level-One EZ is your Go-To self-leveler. Just Clean, Prime and Pour!

Acousti-Mat® 1/8 Maxxon Green Mark
Maxxon® Acousti-Mat® 1/8 is an economical, low-profile, entangled mesh mat, which can help meet IBC sound control. Maxxon Acousti-Mat 1/8 requires a minimum 3/4" Maxxon® underlayment topping, for a total system height of less than 1" (25mm).   Acousti-Mat® 1/8 is GREENGUARD Gold Certified.

Acousti-Mat® 1/4 Maxxon Green Mark
Maxxon® Acousti-Mat® 1/4 increases IIC and STC ratings over interior wood frame and concrete construction with a 1" (25 mm) Maxxon® underlayment topping required. Its core of fused entangled mesh filaments, attached to a water resistant, non-woven fabric, creates a void area between the subfloor and Maxxon underlayment that helps insulate both airborne and impact-based sound. Acousti-Mat® 1/4 is GREENGUARD Gold Certified.

Acousti-Mat® 1/4 Premium Maxxon Green Mark
Maxxon® Acousti-Mat® 1/4 Premium sound mat further increases the IIC ratings of Maxxon® Acousti-Mat® 1/4 with an acoustical fabric that creates an additional layer of isolation. Just 1" (25 mm) of Maxxon® underlayment topping is required for a total system height of 1¹⁄₄" (32 mm). Acousti-Mat® 1/4 Premium is GREENGUARD Gold Certified.

Acousti-Mat® 3/8 Sound Control Maxxon Green Mark
Ideal for luxury developments, Maxxon® Acousti-Mat® 3/8 creates sound-rated floors that achieve the higher IIC and STC levels established by the International Code Council for ‘recommended’ or ‘preferred’ noise reduction. Acousti-Mat 3/8 increases IIC ratings up to 13 points in wood frame and 20 points in concrete construction Acousti-Mat® 3/8 is GREENGUARD Gold Certified.

Acousti-Mat® 3/8 Premium Sound Control Maxxon Green Mark
Maxxon® Acousti-Mat® 3/8 Premium sound mat features an added layer of high-performance acoustical fabric, making it ideal for high-end apartments, condos and townhomes that seek maximum sound attenuation. Maxxon Acousti-Mat 3/8 Premium increases the IIC levels of the floor/ceiling assembly by up to 17 points over standard wood frame construction. Acousti-Mat® 3/8 Premium is GREENGUARD Gold Certified.

Acousti-Mat® 3/4 Maxxon Green Mark
Maxxon® Acousti-Mat® 3/4 reduces noise complaints — even in open beam warehouse conversions and mass timber construction. It provides a generous ¾” air gap between the subfloor and Maxxon underlayment to help insulate both airborne and impact-based sound. For premium multifamily sound control, Maxxon Acousti-Mat 3/4 increases IIC levels up to 17 points over wood frame, and up to 25 IIC points (or more) over concrete. Acousti-Mat® 3/4 is GREENGUARD Gold Certified.

Acousti-Mat® 3/4 Premium Maxxon Green Mark
Maxxon® Acousti-Mat® 3/4 Premium is Maxxon’s highest performance sound control mat. It provides a generous 3/4" air gap between the subfloor and Maxxon underlayment with an added layer of acoustically dampening fabric to further reduce airborne and impact sound transmission. Ideal for challenging floors, Maxxon Acousti-Mat 3/4 Premium increases IIC levels of the floor/ceiling assembly by up to 20 points over standard wood frame construction. Acousti-Mat® 3/4 Premium is GREENGUARD Gold Certified.

Acousti-Top®
Acousti‑Top is ideal for new concrete construction or multifamily renovations. At <1/16 inch thickness, it adds additional impact sound resistance without impacting floor height. Acousti-Top is compatible with virtually all LVT/LVP, sheet vinyl, laminate, wood, tile and carpet.

Maxxon® Commercial MVP One Primer
Maxxon® Commercial MVP One Moisture Mitigation Primer is a ready-to-use, zero-VOC moisture barrier and primer. When applied to concrete substrates, Maxxon Commercial MVP One Primer mitigates moisture-related issues such as high MVER, RH, and pH. It also is an excellent primer for Maxxon® underlayments and patches. Maxxon® Commercial MVP One Primer is quick drying, allowing for rapid turnaround on fast-track projects.

Maxxon® Commercial MVP Two-Part Epoxy
Maxxon® Commercial MVP Two-Part Epoxy is a 100% solids epoxy coating specially designed for interior use over concrete with high moisture and/or pH levels. Maxxon Commercial MVP Two-Part Epoxy manages moisture levels up to 100% RH and prevents alkalinity (up to pH 14) in concrete subfloors from negatively affecting adhesives, underlayments, and floor coverings.
Maxxon Commercial MVP Two-Part Epoxy has excellent substrate-wetting capabilities to promote penetration and adhesion.

Profile
Maxxon  Commercial Profile is a spray-applied, direct-to-concrete cleaner and profiler designed to purge the insoluble salts and contaminants from the concrete surface, while creating a CSP of 1-4 without the need for shotblasting. Maxxon Commercial Profile increases porosity and reduces high alkalinity, creating a clean concrete surface that promotes bonding of Maxxon  primers and underlayments. Maxxon Commercial Profile is biodegradable and cleans up easily with water.

Isolate
Maxxon® Commercial Isolate is a two-part, water-based epoxy that prevents the migration of moisture vapor and abatement chemicals out of the concrete slab. It is designed to create an isolating barrier to protect flooring systems from asbestos and chemically-abated slabs. Maxxon Commercial Isolate can also be used over chemically-abated concrete, old adhesive cutback, asphalt-based products, old adhesives, well secured VAT, VCT and/or ceramic tiles, and other solid surfaces. Capped with a Maxxon® underlayment system, Maxxon® Commercial Isolate provides a permanent barrier protecting the flooring.
